Cara Overland, general manager at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Duluth, is the creator of the Heart of Hospitality Project, an organization that has partnered hotels with local nonprofit agencies. The partnership will allow hotels with lightly used linens, towels and toiletries that are no longer usable in the hotel to donate them directly to the nonprofit agencies to give to people who need them.
