Passenger identified in fatal Twin Cities crash

EAGAN, Minn. -- Authorities have identified a 26-year-old Rosemount woman who was killed when the vehicle she was riding in crashed into a tree Monday night, June 4.

Isabelle Marie Nappi was a passenger in a Volkswagen Routan when it went off the westbound Highway 13 ramp to southbound Cedar Avenue around 10:15 p.m., the State Patrol said.

The driver, Mohamedoqadar Alinoor, 30, of Savage, was wearing a seat belt and sustained injuries that were not life-threatening, the State Patrol said.

Nappi was not wearing a seat belt.
