Elise Guimont and Justin Blackburn, both of Charlotte, N.C., were married Sept. 24 in The Cathedral of Saint Patrick in Charlotte.
Her parents are Ronald and Shari Guimont of Duluth. His parents are Joseph and Terry Carter of Wadsworth, Ohio.
The bride chose Kaitlin Zahn as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Amanda Morra, Adrienne Blackwood, Megan Hudson and Sandi Chrysler. Flower girl was Scarlett Hudson, the groom's niece.
The groom chose William Pitts as best man. Groomsmen were Jeffrey Ruebensaal, Joseph Carter, Cory Blackburn and Sean Blackburn. Ring bearer was Joel Hudson, the groom's nephew.
The bride, a graduate of Duluth East High School, graduated from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minn., and from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a bachelor's degree in nursing, and recently graduated from Belk College of Business in Charlotte with a master's degree in business and healthcare administration. She is a region manager specializing in executive advising for Premier Inc. in Charlotte.
The groom, a graduate of Wadsworth (Ohio) High School, graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, and from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway with a master's degree in business. He works for Spectrum Brands based in Middleton, Wis., where he does sales analytics in their home and garden consumer products division.
The couple resides in Charlotte.
